We provide a curated collection of made-to-order fine art photography and related services through surlebleu.com.
Accessing our website means you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
2. PRODUCTS
Made-to-Order Artwork
Each piece is created specifically for you after purchase.
What to Expect
- Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings
- Each piece is individually produced
- Availability may change without notice
We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
🇺🇸 Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Production Time
- Standard production: ~5 business days
- Tracking provided once shipped
Delivery Notes
- Delivery dates are estimates
- We currently ship within the United States only
- PO Boxes are not supported
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Items left unattended at delivery location
For added security, select “Signature Required” at checkout
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing and shipping details
- Pay all charges at the time of purchase
- Allow us to fulfill your order using the selected payment method
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Finality of Orders
Each artwork is made to order and is not eligible for return or exchange due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery:

Include:
- Photos of the artwork
- Photos of packaging
- Order number
Resolution
If approved, we will:
- Replace the artwork at no cost
- Or provide an appropriate resolution
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
Important Handling Note
If damage is suspected, please do not install or hang the artwork until we review your request.
6. PRIVACY
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We only use your information to:
- Process orders
- Improve your experience
- Communicate about your purchase
We never sell your personal data.
