FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Once you have placed your order, we will follow up with any additional Shipping Information.
All dates and time given for the delivery of products are given in good faith, but are estimates only and are subject to change.
Each artwork is custom made just for you. Once your order is produced, packaged and ready to ship, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Standard production time for our custom-made framed prints is 5 Business Days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship to the United States.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

We stand behind the quality of every piece we produce and are committed to making your experience seamless and reassuring.
FINALITY OF ORDERS
Each Sur Le Bleu artwork is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right!
DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ORDERS
While we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products, we ask that you please inspect your artwork upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@surlebleu.com within 5 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
IMPORTANT HANDLING NOTE
If you suspect damage or a defect, please do not install or hang the artwork until we’ve reviewed your request, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.
RESOLUTION PROCESS
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the artwork
- Repair (if applicable)
Our goal is to ensure you receive a piece that reflects the quality and standard of Sur Le Bleu.
REPORTING TIMEFRAME
Claims submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival.
SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Sur Le Bleu is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Packages left unattended at the delivery address
If you would like added security, you may request “Signature Required” at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accommodate cancellations and all orders are final.
FRAUD & ABUSE
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or misuse of our policies in accordance with applicable laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork and content on Sur Le Bleu are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
