Each Sur Le Bleu piece is crafted on demand using premium materials. Slight variations in tone may occur due to screen settings—this is part of the uniqueness of fine art prints.

Our ready-to-hang premium wooden frames, crafted from responsibly sourced oak or ash, feature unique wood grains for added character. The posters are printed-on demand on master's edition, museum-quality paper—off-white, uncoated, and ideal for those world-class quality prints:

Ready-to-hang: Includes hanging kit, ready to hang directly on the wall.
Frame Material: Responsibly sourced oak and ash wood.
Frame Measurements: 20mm (0.79") thick and wide, wider than the classic 14mm (0.55") frame.
Paper Weight: 250 gsm (110 lb), thickness: 0.29 mm (11.4 mils), ideal for fine art.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Once you have placed your order, we will follow up with any additional Shipping Information.

All dates and time given for the delivery of products are given in good faith, but are estimates only and are subject to change.

Each artwork is custom made just for you. Once your order is produced, packaged and ready to ship, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Standard production time for our custom-made framed prints is 5 Business Days.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

Our Commitment to You

Finality of Orders

Each Sur Le Bleu artwork is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@surlebleu.com within 5 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the artwork
Photos of the packaging
Your order number

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Handling Note

If you suspect damage or a defect, please do not install or hang the artwork until we’ve reviewed your request, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

Replacement of the artwork
Repair (if applicable)

Our goal is to ensure you receive a piece that reflects the quality and standard of Sur Le Bleu.

Reporting Timeframe

Claims submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival.

Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Sur Le Bleu is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Packages left unattended at the delivery address

If you would like added security, you may request “Signature Required” at checkout.

Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or misuse of our policies in accordance with applicable laws.
